I have received an email about Vodafone's Rural Open Sure Signal, so just passing it on.

I wanted to get in contact to let you know that the deadline is approaching for applications to Vodafone’s Rural Open Sure Signal programme: http://www.vodafone.co.uk/rural

It aims to help rural communities which have little mobile coverage get connected. The programme has gone through a trial phase and we’re now looking for local communities to apply to be a part of a long term initiative.
