Funding Raising Venture

Hi Everyone,

I would be very grateful if you would consider donating to Rebecca's fund raising venture.  Unfortunately she was diagnosed with Epilepsy two summers ago and is still coming to terms with it herself.  We are extremely proud of how she has coped with this and managed through her AS year.  As she finishes her A2 year at Archbishop Holgate's School, she wanted to do this fundraiser by cutting off her lovely long brown hair before Christmas - much to my dismay!  She is donating the hair to the Little Princesses charity who make human hair wigs for children affected by chemotherapy and alopecia and is raising funds for both Epilespy Action and Macmillan Cancer Support.
Thanks in advance
Susan and Stephen Smith

Tony Is Running Great North Run For Charity

On September 15th I am running the Great North run on behalf of the Variety Childrens Charity.

This is a fantastic charity which does a tremendous amount of work for sick, disabled and disadvantaged children and is famous for Sunshine coaches. They also provide wheelchairs, specialised equipment and run innovative, exciting events for the children to enhance their lives.

The Great North run is one of the most challenging half marathons and is a distance I have never run in my life, so to say I am nervous/concerned is an understatement!!! My picture is post the Balmoral 10k with my sons Sam and Josh, along with my brother Chris who is also doing this run. It took me several days to recover and that was only just over 6 miles!

I appreciate any amount you can give, by following the link below, to support the Variety charity and my efforts to survive the Great North Run.

Thanks.

Tony,
