Village Facility Questionnaire Results

Thanks to everyone for taking the time to fill out the questionnaires re the village facility.

Here are the results:

As you can see the majority did not want a village facility so we will be respecting the views of the majority and not continuing to pursue the idea of a village facility.

Hello all,

 

There will be a questionnaire coming through your letter box very soon regarding the possibility of Bielby funding and building a village hall/facility. The committee working on this would really appreciate it if you could take 10 minutes of your time to fill this out as it will tell us if the residents are in favour or not of this being taken further.

Committee For Village Facility

At the parish meeting on Monday we agreed to form a committee, with losing the pub, to look at how we can get a village hall/facility to ensure we can enjoy an active community life for all residents who desire one.

 

This committee should be representative of the residents, therefore anyone wishing to be part of this committee please let me know. The committee needs to be small, possibly no more than 6 people. The following expressed an interest at the meeting:
