I have received an email from Richard Watts who said, "I am in the process of buying a property in Crudhall Lane, my family and I
have been really looking forward to this move. However our survey says
this is a flood risk area. Can anyone tell us of any
history of flooding problems and or how well the beck and rivers are
maintained/flood defences. Thanks for your help."
