Britain In Bloom

“At the last Parish meeting we agreed to pay for people to plant flowers, put up flower boxes, hanging baskets etc to go outside houses, on verges etc to make the village look nice and possibly apply for Britain in Bloom if we get enough people to take part. We would be looking for people to volunteer to plant flowers and look after them if they are willing to put them outside their property or volunteer to put them around the village.
