| | Rising cost of heating oil
Heating oil prices have shot up due to world events. This update from the Fuel Distribution Association (UKIFDA) explains what is driving the change, how the wider geopolitical situation is affecting supply, and what you can do if you need to order oil soon.
In the East Riding of Yorkshire, over 30% of homes are not connected to the gas network. In North Lincolnshire, it is over 20%. Even in the relatively urban North East Lincolnshire, it is over 10%.
