There was an article about lack of broadband in rural areas on You and Yours - radio four today (Friday 28th February). You might be able to listen to it on i player.
Anyway, it seems the link below is a bit like openreach survey in that you can fill in the same form and they may be able to put us in touch with providers in the area who are interested supplying broadband. It may be an idea to investigate this link too.
