Bielby Music festival.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
Please would anyone wishing to help put up the tents on the festival field turn up at Ivy House at 10.00am Saturday morning. We will need about 8 to 10 people.
Also make a note, because we will be taking the tents down on Monday morning at 10.00am and litter picking the field, and will need a similar, if not more, number of people.
Using volunteers means we can maximise the money we give to our chosen charity, this year being Marie Curie Cancer Care. So your volunteering is a donation in kind to this worthy cause.
A reminder to people coming to the festival to come promptly to hear Barton Community Brass Band play at 3pm.
We have invested in a new tent for the stage this year and have bought some lights, so we are hoping to attract a large crowd to try and offset this investment, bring your friends!
Also to bring warm clothes for the evening!
