Please see below the proposed outline of the afternoon and evening of our village Jubilee Celebrations. It will be very similar to 10 years ago.
I know some of you have already emailed to say you would like to come, so thank you for that. We now have more details of food and entertainment so members of the committee will be bringing this invite around and then will collect it back in with numbers wishing to attend.
We have been asked about bringing family and friends who are not in the village. This will be dependent on numbers of Bielby residents attending. Last time we were able to have our family and friends with us. In fact nearly 150 of us attended last time!
On the ticket request form if you would like extended family/friends to come, if you can put in the numbers you would like to attend, then when we have all the invites back we can confirm your requests.
All Bielby residents are invited and welcome to attend. It will just be the non resident numbers that we have to confirm.

Jubilee Fancy Dress Parade & Musical Jubilee Party
Jubilee Fancy Dress Parade
Fancy Dress Theme is red/white/blue for the adults and any fancy dress for the children.
The parade will start outside the Church at 2pm and will parade down Main Street to Stoneleigh Nursing Home.
The children’s fancy dress will be judged by the residents of Stoneleigh.
At 4pm will parade from Stoneleigh to Common Farm, Gale Carr Lane for the Musical Jubilee Party.
Musical Jubilee Party
Held at the barn @ Common Farm, Gale Carr Lane from 4.30pm til 10pm.
Entertainment will include live music, royal picture quiz, royal awards, children’s tea
party and pie & peas supper for adults/teenagers.
All food is included in the ticket price. Bring your own drinks.
Adults/Teenagers £5 (to cover pie & peas supper)
Open to Bielby Residents Only (Dependent on numbers – see below for family/friends request.)
